The following provisions govern all financial transactions processed through the ApkBet platform:

• Accepted Methods: Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — may be referenced as illustrative options only. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or transmit any platform content without prior written consent from ApkBet.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on ApkBet's intellectual property.
• Use ApkBet's trademarks, logos or brand identity in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or partnership without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ApkBet, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

ApkBet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its Service. The following obligations and tools form part of these Terms:

• Adults Only: The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Use of the platform by minors is absolutely prohibited.

Either party may terminate the user's Account and the associated service relationship as follows:

• User-Initiated Closure: Users may request account closure at any time by contacting ApkBet support. Pending bets will be settled according to their market outcomes. Verified balances (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements.
• ApkBet-Initiated Closure: ApkBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where a User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where regulatory, compliance or legal obligations require it.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Any outstanding verified balance in the account will be returned to the user via a nominated payment method subject to successful identity verification, unless the closure is the result of fraud or a regulatory hold, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. ApkBet does not operate under a Pakistani gaming licence and makes no representation that these Terms comply with Pakistani law.
